Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, managing multiple customer interactions and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
