The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken/written), English, and Russian (B2 level), providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Your passion for technology and customer-centric approach will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and effective support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex solutions
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken/written), English, and Russian (B2 level)

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, with a passion for technology and innovation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a global, multicultural environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate, from 8.03 to 8.56 Eur / Gross (during trial period and after)
