Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with live chat software and email management systems

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting hourly rate: $16.00/hour

  • $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
