Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and complete information to resolve issues
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

Required Skills and Qualifications
