• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Listen actively to card members' needs and concerns, offering empathetic support and personalized solutions to resolve their issues.
• Handling Inquiries and Concerns: Handle a wide range of inquiries, including account inquiries, billing questions, and assistance with card benefits and rewards.
• Educating Card Members: Educate card members on arenaflex products, services, and digital tools to enhance their experience and improve their understanding of our offerings.

Requirements
