Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Typing in data provided directly from customers with precision and accuracy
  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Updating existing data to ensure it remains current and relevant
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and efficient support to our team members

Requirements and Skills

To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fast typing skills, with knowledge of the touch typing system strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
