Experienced Data Entry Specialist (Typist) – Remote Operations Support

About the Role
As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's reporting and dashboards, customer contracts, and marketing programs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate records, maintain organized systems, and propose efficiencies to streamline operations. If you're a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and experience in data entry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Assist with team reporting and dashboards using Asana and Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and updates.
- Review customer contracts for branding and marketing agreements, ensuring accurate records in Okta databases, and maintaining up-to-date information.
- Maintain and report on Customer Marketing account repository within Asana, providing insights and recommendations to improve our marketing efforts.
- Organize and manage team documents, folders, and systems, actively proposing efficiencies to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Project manage customer marketing programs, including coordinating photo shoots, scheduling, staffing, content routing for customer approval, and updating trackers in Google Sheets.
About You
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills: You're a stickler for accuracy and have a keen eye for detail. You're also highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Asana, Salesforce, Okta, and Google Sheets: You have experience using these tools and are confident in your ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment: You're self-motivated and able to work independently, but also enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a team effort.
