Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs, providing solutions and recommendations to meet their expectations
• Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn, working closely with customers to resolve issues and improve their experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions and recommendations to customers

What We Offer

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities

• Proven track record of success in customer service and sales
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing)

• Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work

• Excellent Internet connectivity:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems

• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
