As a remote customer service representative, you'll be an integral part of our Service Business Development Department, working closely with our Service Managers to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable one.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Service Business Development Department, you'll be responsible for:

• Understanding and implementing inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
• Taking overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered promptly and efficiently
• Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and providing personalized support to meet their needs
• Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact to appointment completion
• Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns as necessary

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
• The ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on empathy and understanding
• Previous call center and appointment setting experience, with a proven track record of success
• Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with colleagues and Service Managers
• Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required
