Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Customer Support & Marketing Campaign Management

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our APAC marketing team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Constructing and maintaining robust working relationships with key marketing stakeholders in markets across APAC, UCAN, EMEA, and LATAM, as well as with cross-functional Marcomms partners in APAC markets.
• Being knowledgeable about APAC markets and representing regional priorities and POV in global boards.
• Working closely with content and x-functional marketing partners to evaluate the slate with applicable data inputs and identify title and campaign opportunities to impact in APAC and other local markets.
• Functioning as the point of contact for key global content priorities, socializing titles and tasks with APAC markets, and identifying opportunities for the campaigns to travel and have business effects.
• In partnership with domestic territory leads in other regions, contributing to the strategic development of priority import campaigns, from upstream planning to rollout, ensuring that campaigns are best-in-class for success to drive impact in APAC markets.
• Working closely with marketing teams to define the campaign marketing strategies that resonate with global audiences outside of the home territory – eg. Through culturally relevant positioning, early quick and roadmap development, campaign deployment timelines, etc.
• Running as an APAC marketing campaign planning lead, ensuring guidance and alignment on campaign approach, creatively exceptional ideas, global and local strategies, and rollout throughout multiple markets.
• Providing APAC regional IQ insights to global teams in other areas. (E.g. cultural behavior, traits, learnings, title tests).
• Leading select international and regional projects as APAC marketing consultant, ie multi-title campaigns, tooling trends, and other business priorities.

• A deep interest in our global business and the potential to quickly build global IQ and expertise in regional and cultural nuances that inform our strategies and campaign development.
• Obsessed with television and movie content, with a little understanding of the entertainment landscape and business trends in APAC and the ability to deliver our content to audiences in APAC and around the world.
• Skilled in working in Asia and with other global markets.
• Fluent in English.

• Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions.

• Flexible working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of the products/services offered by arenaflex is a plus.
