Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication management. Key Responsibilities

As an Online Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up.
  • Calendar Management: Managing and maintaining our team's calendars, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled and confirmed.
  • Special Projects: Participating in special projects and initiatives, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Expense Management: Processing and managing expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Company Tasks: Performing various administrative tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
  • Communication: Handling all inbound and outgoing communications, responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
