Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Service Business Development Department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and working closely with Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Understand and execute all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers

• Handle all overflow inbound service calls, providing a world-class experience to our customers
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless and efficient service
• Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
• Maintain a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized support and solutions

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment

• Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
• Professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on empathy and understanding
• Organized, detailed, and able to multitask, with a strong focus on time management and efficiency
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual skills a strong plus
