Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Supporting various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general administrative assistance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
• Analyzing data and identifying trends to inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers

Essential Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Four-year college education, with a normal graduation date no sooner than December 2024

• Business or specialized degree (Math, Software... engineering, Information Science, and so forth) an or more
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in business administration or past sales experience an or more

• A solid understanding of business and financial acumen
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in a similar role
• Certification in data entry or a related field
