Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely customer service by phone and email, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to achieve their goals
  • Handling complex escalated inquiries from customers, using your problem-solving skills and product knowledge to resolve issues efficiently
  • Recording and maintaining detailed notes about interactions with customers, ensuring that customer feedback and concerns are documented and addressed
  • Reporting bugs and other issues on platforms to developers, collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Providing feedback to management on customer experience and customer likes/dislikes about arenaflex's products, helping to inform product development and improvement initiatives
  • Exercising patience, empathy, and understanding on every call and every email, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Efficiently solving a ticket backlog with quality information and service, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Participating in ongoing training to stay current with arenaflex's products, services, and industry developments, ensuring that you're equipped to provide expert-level support to customers

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Ability to work proactively individually and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to type 50+ words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
