Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely customer service by phone and email, ensuring that clients receive prompt and effective support for our products and services.
  • Handling complex escalated inquiries from clients, utilizing your problem-solving skills and product knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Recording and maintaining detailed notes about interactions with clients, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately documented.
  • Reporting bugs and other issues on platforms to our development team, helping us to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication.
  • Providing feedback to management on customer experience and client likes/dislikes about our products and services, helping us to continually improve our offerings.
  • Exercising patience, empathy, and understanding on every call and email, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported.
  • Efficiently solving a ticket backlog with quality information and service, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Participating in ongoing training to stay current with our products, services, and industry developments, ensuring that you remain up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, with a strong desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • The ability to type 50+ words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy.
  • A strong customer service background, with experience in resolving complex issues and providing exceptional support to clients.
