Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Assistant to join our team of remote customer support representatives. As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts to customers via live chat on our clients' websites or social media accounts. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on our clients' websites or social media accounts
• Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

Work Schedule

As a part-time remote Live Chat Assistant, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and create your own schedule. We're looking for individuals who can commit to working 15 hours per week, with the option to adjust your schedule as needed.

Location
