Experienced Customer Service Representative – Pet Pharmacy Support

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
• Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional service
• Engaging with customers in a critical thinking capacity to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
• Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service and a passion for making a difference in the lives of pets and their parents
