Job Summary

We're seeking career-minded, customer-centric individuals who are experienced in providing best-in-class customer service. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Essential Job Functions

* Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.

  • Communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Exceed customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference.
  • Utilize arenaflex's systems and tools to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies.

Requirements

* Type a minimum of 25 WPM

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of mandatory training
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Experience working in a call center or contact center environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
