As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a vital role in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work closely with our multicultural teams distributed throughout the world to propose new alternatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage job postings on various portals. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Manage job postings on different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
What We're Looking For:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
