Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Financial Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization and our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of our company
• Conducting appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to ensure flexibility and convenience
• Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining financial licenses such as Life and Series 6 (with the option to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65)
• Training and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition and maximize retention
• Developing new hires into key team members, fostering a culture of growth and development
