Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Help customers navigate our website, place orders, and understand product details
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's vast product catalog and effectively communicate product information to customers
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with relevant teams
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures while using customer service tools to maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in retail

  • 1 year of experience working directly with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
  • 1 year of experience identifying and resolving customer issues, collaborating with teams, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • 1 year of experience successfully managing time, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses
  • 1 year of experience building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
