In this role, you will:- Support customers in achieving their financial goals through a variety of channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and more.
- Proactively seek out ways to improve our financial products and services, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Offer ideas and solutions for the customer success group, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Perform moderately complex research to resolve complex customer problems, communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Receive direction from management and escalate non-routine questions when answering inquiries or resolving issues, providing best-in-class customer experience.
- Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Interact with management, peers, and external customers on products, services, or customer segments, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- 2+ years of experience in assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including credit, market, financial crimes, operational, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
Desired Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including salesforce.com.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
