Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Perform input of customer and account data from source documents, including text-based and numerical information. Organize information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Research and Verification: Perform research to find further information if needed, and review data for deficiencies or errors. Correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output to ensure accuracy.
  • Data Solutions and Techniques: Use appropriate data solutions, techniques, and procedures to optimize data entry activities and ensure efficient data management.
  • Reporting and Storage: Prepare reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Office Equipment and Operations: Perform scanning and printing of documents, respond to queries for information, and access relevant files. Ensure adherence to corporate policies of data integrity and security, and keep corporate information confidential.
  • Office Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper usage of office equipment and report any problems to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

2+ years' experience

in a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk position, with a strong background in administrative duties and office equipment usage.

Solid experience

with MS Office and data management software, including spreadsheets and online forms.

Excellent knowledge

of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with a strong attention to detail.

Accuracy, high typing speed

Strong organization skills
