What You Will Do in This Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) working from home, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support to our healthcare clients, resolving technical issues and addressing member concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Help customers navigate our healthcare-related systems and services, ensuring that they receive the support they need to access the care they deserve.
- Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs, maintaining a strong customer focus and providing a positive experience.
- Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all your available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
- Be efficient in navigating multiple systems, including our CRM and other healthcare-related software.
- Deliver expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships with our healthcare clients.
Your Qualifications
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Experienced Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) role include:
- Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
