About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging directly with our customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and exceed customer expectations. You'll be part of a team that's committed to continuous improvement, quality, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for our customers.
- Go above and beyond to wow our customers with exceptional service and support.
- Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions.
What We're Looking For:
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
- A commitment to being your best and delivering exceptional results.
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
