Role Overview The RAWXKAYY Personal Trainer is a dual-role position — you are both a coach and a salesperson. You will deliver exceptional coaching to your clients while actively generating leads, booking strategy sessions, and converting prospects into paying members. This is a performance-based role. Your income and your position on this team are directly tied to the results you produce — for your clients and for the business. What You’ll Do Coaching & Client Delivery

• Design and deliver fully personalised training programs for in-person, remote, and hybrid clients
• Conduct weekly client check-ins and program reviews via the RAWXKAYY app
• Track client progress and adjust programs every 4 weeks minimum
• Maintain a client retention rate of 85% or above
• Respond to all client messages within 4 hours during business hours

Sales & Lead Generation

• Complete the 15-minute daily lead generation routine every working day — no exceptions
• Log a minimum of 5 new leads per week in the Trainer Portal
• Book a minimum of 2 free strategy sessions per week
• Convert a minimum of 1 new paying client per week
• Follow up on every lead using the RAWXKAYY scripts within 15 minutes of inquiry

Operations & Reporting

• Log every session, lead, and client interaction in the Trainer Portal and Airtable on the same day
• Submit all required weekly reports on time
• Attend team briefings and 1:1 check-ins with your Team Lead

Performance Expectations Instructors with consistently low attendance, missed reports, or zero leads generated will enter a performance review. Instructors who grow their class numbers and consistently convert leads are prioritised for additional classes and advancement What We’re Looking For

• Group fitness or personal training certification (required)
• Current CPR/AED certification (required)
• Experience delivering live group fitness — virtual experience preferred
• High energy, confident on camera, and comfortable being the room’s focal point
• Strong verbal communication and cuing skills
• Comfortable with sales conversations and lead generation — this is part of the job
• Technically reliable — stable internet, good camera and audio setup required
• Professional, punctual, and brand-aligned
