Catalog & Simulation Manager | $50/hr Remote
Position: E-commerce Simulation Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $40 - $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Design and build realistic digital store environments with structured product assortments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product catalogs with high data quality and consistency.
- Develop diverse shopping scenarios and user prompts reflecting real-world consumer behavior.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics for accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze model performance, identify gaps, and refine datasets for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate domain expertise into AI training data.
- Document workflows, insights, and best practices for simulation-driven model training.
Requirements
- Strong experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, or catalog management.
- Expertise in product catalog structuring, data normalization, and content creation.
- Familiarity with AI or LLM prompting, evaluation, or training workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking with a detail-oriented QA mindset.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and online shopping journeys.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver scalable, high-quality datasets.
