- Manage and review tax returns for small businesses, primarily flow-through entities (S-Corps, partnerships) and their owners
- Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong long-term client relationships
- Mentor and support junior staff members
- Leverage cloud-based tools and technology to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and client strategy
What We’re Looking For
- CPA or EA preferred
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on small business clients
- Strong expertise in flow-through entities and individual taxation
- Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, tech-driven environment
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
