Product Documentation Engineer
Detection alone is not security. Every day, security teams are forced to make critical decisions on incomplete data. Binalyze changes that. Our platform, AIR, gives investigators the full picture — turning alerts into understanding in minutes, not days. We're scaling globally and beyond, building the category-defining investigation platform the industry has been missing.
Our product is used by enterprise SOCs, managed security providers, and incident response teams worldwide. The people using it are experts who need to understand exactly how it works. That means documentation is a critical part of how we deliver value, and we need someone who can own it end to end. This is our first ever Product Documentation Engineer hire so we want someone to come in and take ownership for how Binalyze shares knowledge with customers, partners, and internal teams, and the decisions you make here will have a significant impact. You'll engineer and maintain the documentation infrastructure, build automation tooling, integrate AI into content workflows, and embed documentation into the engineering lifecycle so it moves at the pace of the product. Day to day that means working across engineering, product, support, and customer success to understand how things work and turn that into clear, structured content that actually helps people. You'll also be our internal expert on documentation engineering practice, staying ahead of how the field is evolving and bringing that back into how we work.
