Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Work Opportunity at arenaflex

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities. Your primary responsibilities will include refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies between arenaflex and our fund business or transfer representatives. You'll also be responsible for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing and reconciling dividend activity. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as you'll be conducting research on complex escalated concerns, testing and validating new technology enhancements, and vendor adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Refine exchange deal transactions in client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

• Identify and address discrepancies between arenaflex and our fund business or transfer representatives
• Process Corporate Activity Activities, including settlement and reconciliation of transactions
• Process and reconcile dividend activity to ensure timely and accurate payment to clients
• Conduct research on complex escalated concerns, including tax programming and corrections
• Test and validate new technology enhancements and vendor adjustments to ensure seamless integration
• Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Work closely with TD Ameritrade Clearing to ensure smooth daily relationships with fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other outside business partners

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, including governing responsibilities (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration

• Experience working in the financial industry, particularly in Alternative Investments
• Knowledge of tax programming and corrections
• Familiarity with new technology enhancements and vendor adjustments
• Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field is a plus
