Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through online chat platforms. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to provide assistance and resolve their inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by effectively addressing customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to support customers with accurate information and ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly, using our proprietary CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as updating customer profiles and processing orders, to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
