Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and providing personalized solutions to resolve issues
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine the best course of action for each customer, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
  • Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing creative solutions to their problems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer service setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and creative thinking
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work overtime as needed
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
