Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our applicants through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to all inbound inquiries from applicants in a timely and effective manner, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve their issues.
  • Providing technical assistance to applicants to help them complete their applications, using your knowledge of our computerized system to navigate and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Staying up-to-date on all arenaflex application programs to provide excellent applicant support and answer any questions they may have.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes and customer experience.
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Ability to work with a high volume of activity, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and one or more additional languages (Chinese, Mandarin, Spanish).
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • U.S. work authorization.
