The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be part of the Tesla Body Fix Program, which aims to provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues related to our vehicles. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Work planning support: Collaborate with the Inward Body Shop to ensure seamless execution of the Approved Impact Program.
* Vehicle appearance arrangement: Work with the Body Shop to arrange for vehicle appearance, including twist and CCC organization appearance.
* Client correspondence and assumption: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
* Rental coordination and hand-off: Coordinate with customers to arrange for vehicle rentals and ensure a smooth hand-off process.
* Material and supplies reordering: Reorder materials and supplies as needed to support the Body Shop's operations.
* Fix survey and conveyance: Conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely conveyance of vehicles.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as crash repair or a related discipline.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
* Microsoft Office experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
* Ability to train others, with a strong focus on customer service and conflict resolution.
* Comfort working in a crash shop environment, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
