Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Conversational AI and Live Chat Support

Job Summary

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and research teams to define product requirements, develop and refine our chat automation capabilities, and ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform, driving business outcomes and improving customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop and refine chat automation capabilities, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Influence client information, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
• Work with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
• Partner with core product teams to define client stories, guide product definition, and develop comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning
• Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying opportunities to improve the experience
• Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-driven product recommendations
• Maintain and refine the product roadmap, prioritizing client stories to meet the needs of the end-user while focusing on business value
• Support the definition and development of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, including discovery, development, and launch
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven recommendations
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
• Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field

• Experience with conversational AI platforms and chat automation technologies
• Strong understanding of machine learning and natural language processing concepts
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and infrastructure, including AWS or Azure
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Scrum or Git

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
