Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Methodology Development and Implementation

Our VOC methodology is a comprehensive approach that includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys, which are translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology. Your primary focus will be on helping to improve and maintain the new VOC technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted on Qualtrics. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive this initiative forward.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Provide actionable insights to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Develop and implement automation tools to streamline processes and improve productivity
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best practices and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years

• Ability to collaborate with product managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including the delivery of small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their application in data analysis
• Certification in data science or a related field
