Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team of innovators. As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll work on developing and implementing AI and ML solutions that drive business growth and improve client outcomes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI and ML models that predict and prevent critical issues. Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with experienced professionals and colleagues to develop and implement AI and ML solutions that predict and prevent critical issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI and ML models that drive business growth and improve client outcomes
• Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Work with large data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that support AI and ML model development
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI and ML models, including data dictionaries and model explanations
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and ML, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in AI and ML, with a focus on data-driven modeling and analysis
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data extraction, processing, and analysis, including data visualization and reporting
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Experience with data pipelines and data warehousing, including data governance and quality control

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with AI and ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality control principles
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
