Job Description

As an Experienced Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining a positive and respectful online community by enforcing our community guidelines and ensuring that all users adhere to them. Your primary duties will include:

Deleting messages

that violate our community guidelines, including but not limited to, hate speech, harassment, and spam.

Banning users

who repeatedly violate our community guidelines, after a thorough investigation and warning process.

Muting users

who have violated our community guidelines, to prevent further disruptions.

Investigating reports

made by users about potential violations of our community guidelines, and taking necessary actions to resolve the issue.

Collaborating with our team

to develop and implement effective community management strategies, and providing feedback on the effectiveness of our community guidelines.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Age:

18 years or older

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Previous experience in community management, conflict resolution, or a related field is highly desirable

Skills:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills + Familiarity with community management software and tools + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Certifications:

None required, but certifications in community management, conflict resolution, or a related field are highly desirable
