Job Summary

As a Work From Home Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat on our clients' websites. You'll work independently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and issues. With full training provided, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start a new career in customer support.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and requests through live chat on our clients' websites

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, using a document with answers to frequently asked questions as a reference
  • Work closely with a supervisor to resolve complex customer issues and provide additional support when needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all interactions are friendly, professional, and timely
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Essential Qualifications

* A device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week
