Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products, including soft drink fountain machines. Your expertise and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, providing them with a positive experience and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards

• Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
• Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
• Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
• Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer support-oriented organizations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

• Valid driver's license
• Technical aptitude to repair machines
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Adaptability to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

• Previous experience in customer support or technical services
