Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. We're looking for individuals who can think critically, multi-task, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics via inbound calls and other communication platforms.

  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
  • Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Must be able to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license.
  • Show up committed to being your best and providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
