- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First-contact resolution rate: 80% or higher
- Customer satisfaction rating: 90% or higher
- Response time: 2 minutes or less
- Resolution time: 30 minutes or less
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using customer service software and tools, including CRM systems and call center software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
