Experienced Customer Call Center Representative III - Healthcare Services

Key Responsibilities
- Answer, process, and document a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
- Provide world-class customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests
- Schedule appointments for examinees
- Research, locate, and provide information to appropriate entities
- Maintain ownership of calls and document all information in case management system
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 3 years call center/scheduling experience
- Ability to work various shifts and cover multiple time zones
- Ability to work as a team member and individual contributor
- Ability to follow standardized process workflow daily
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous healthcare call center experience
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
