Job Summary

We're seeking experienced live chat assistants to work part-time from the comfort of their own homes. As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts on behalf of our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a live chat assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilizing chat features on social media and websites to engage with customers
  • Working autonomously while following instructions and guidelines provided by arenaflex
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while following instructions and guidelines
  • Dependable internet connection and access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat features on social media and websites
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Familiarity with live chat software and platforms
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles

Work Schedule

As a part-time live chat assistant, you'll be required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. The work schedule is flexible, and you'll be able to choose your own hours as long as you meet the minimum requirement.

Location

We're hiring candidates for remote live chat agent work from home positions, and we prefer candidates from the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. However, we're open to considering candidates from other locations as well.
