Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Engagement Manager II to join our Direct Channel Strategy and Activation (DCS&A) team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving the everyday administration and execution of direct channel campaigns, leveraging your expertise in SQL, data analysis, and campaign management to deliver exceptional results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive the everyday administration and execution of direct channel campaigns, leveraging expertise in SQL, data analysis, and campaign management to deliver exceptional results

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the tools and data used by the DCS&A team for activation
  • Lead the daily management and execution of direct channel campaigns, including assembling and arranging complex streams
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact
  • Perform QA of missions as needed, screen generally on campaigns, and educate partners on any issues
  • Investigate and resolve issues to goal
  • Provide tutoring and support to junior colleagues
  • Foster extensive documentation in our team's tools and cycles to help with onboarding and training
  • Carry out channel procedures that drive mission and channel best practices/enhancements
  • Participate and lead special projects beyond activation

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years direct experience in SQL analyzing large datasets, performing selects, joins, investigating data issues, and approving audience segmentation

  • Experience interpreting technical details and data insights into compelling stories and mission dreams for non-technical marketing partners, encouraging strategy through clear communication
  • 5+ years direct experience in campaign list selection cycles and mission sending capabilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of complex data conditions, social data set philosophy, structures, and querying
  • Experience connecting across hierarchical groups and showcasing superb interpersonal skills like influence, negotiation, and critical thinking
  • Experience with large associations and navigating ambiguity while maintaining clear independent direction
  • Ability to convey technical ideas to colleagues in a non-technical manner
  • Ability to work independently, investigate, and find efficiencies that can be applied across the team
  • Initiative capacity to tutor and support more junior colleagues
  • Vital attitude that permits you to apply pertinent direct channel systems to all your work
  • Intense meticulousness with solid Client Acknowledgment Testing and quality confirmation inclination
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard
  • Experience building complex advertising streams using multiple direct channels
  • Direct experience in Javascript, HTML, and CSS to conclude campaign sending of messages

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex's Direct Channel Strategy and Activation (DCS&A) team

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's tools and data used for activation
  • Experience with arenaflex's campaign management software
  • Experience with arenaflex's data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience with arenaflex's marketing automation platform
