As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key contributor to our team, working in a collaborative and engaging environment to resolve complex consumer issues and respond to customer concerns.

Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Resolve Complex Consumer Issues: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues
• Assist Policy Holders: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, as well as policy changes requested
• Support Policy Holder Needs: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holder needs

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6 Months Customer Service Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues
• Age: Be at least 18 years old
• Typing Speed: Ability to type 25 wpm
• Education: High School Graduate or GED
• Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
• Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills
• Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability: Availability to work various shifts
• Internet Connection: Meet our internet connection requirements, including a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Internet Connection: Meet our internet connection requirements, including a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
• ISP: Use an ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Proof of Internet Speed: Provide proof of internet speed
