Job Summary

We're seeking career-minded, customer-centric individuals who are experienced in providing best-in-class customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.

Essential Job Functions

• Communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
• Exceed customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference
• Utilize multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues

Requirements

* Type a minimum of 25 WPM

• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
• High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of mandatory training
• Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a contact center environment

• Experience with CRM software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
