Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Opportunity for Investment Reconciliation and Trade Processing

Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. Your primary deliverables will include:
- Processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles
- Recognizing and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer representatives
- Handling Corporate Activity Events, settling/reconciling transfer activity, and processing/reconciling returns activity
- Conducting research on complex/escalated issues
- Testing/validation of new innovation improvements and provider modifications
Key Responsibilities
* Customer review of membership deals or transactions requirements
- Client/Advisor level exceptions
- Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Settlement of Business, Dividend, and Transfer Breaks
- Reconciliation around BOS and Fund Companies
- Evaluation and analysis of applicable tax code and corrections of tax coding
- Internal/External body enhancements or concerns
- Origin of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
- Delivering method or innovation answer choices to Control
- Remediating transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency
- Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
- Providing action on Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns
- Timely and accurate completion of client investing and returns requests
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in investment reconciliation and trade processing
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
- Familiarity with tax coding and reconciliation
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
- Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
