Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure their needs are met.
  • Client Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide tailored solutions.
  • Goal Setting: Work with management to meet established marketing and sales goals, ensuring a high level of performance and success.
  • Lead Generation: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to provide insurance solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work Ethic: Maintain a strong commitment to success, delivering excellent results each day and exceeding expectations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred, but not required.
  • Sales Track Record: A proven history of meeting sales goals and quotas, demonstrating your ability to perform and succeed in a sales environment.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, ensuring you can effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer-Focused: A passion for helping people manage their risks and achieve their dreams with insurance products, demonstrating your commitment to customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented: A strong work ethic and ability to manage time and tasks effectively, ensuring you can meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Team Player: The ability to collaborate with others while also excelling independently, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable making presentations to potential customers, ensuring you can effectively communicate and sell insurance products.
  • Licensing: Must be able to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license (approximately $200 for the course, test, and licensing), demonstrating your commitment to professional development and growth.
