$18 – $23 per hour As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our online systems. You'll be responsible for inputting, managing, and updating customer and order information, as well as monitoring system updates and reporting any errors or issues. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

* Accurately input customer and product information into arenaflex's online systems

• Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain data confidentiality and privacy, adhering to arenaflex's strict security protocols
• Update product listings, order details, and stock quantities in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor system updates and report any errors or issues to the relevant teams
• Assist with ad-hoc data projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Ensure data is entered within specified deadlines, meeting or exceeding performance expectations

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic math and computer skills

• Excellent typing skills (40+ words per minute preferred), with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline
• Good knowledge of basic office software, including Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools
• Must have a reliable internet connection, with a stable and fast connection speed
• Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required – we're happy to train the right candidate!
